Tomatoes- Tomatoes are rich in glutamic acid which is very good for the brain. It helps the brain to control the body effectively which translates into the fact that the body will be prevented from the attack of bacteria and viruses. Chocolates- Cocoa bean which is minimally processed is good for the brain. It improves cognitive abilities and enhances one’s mood. Cocoa beans contain antioxidants, flavonoids and catechins which do wonders for the brain. It would be wise to include dark chocolate in your diet.
