Resveratrol is rich in antioxidants which protect the body against cancer and heart diseases. It is highly acclaimed in health circles because research studies have found that it has anti aging and anti obesity properties. It boosts the health of the body by keeping the heart young.

Resveratrol reduces inflammation and prevents the oxidation of bad cholesterol and prevents formation of clots which lead to heart attack. It limits the spread of cancer and triggers the process of cancer cell death.
